Counselling and Treatment - Mental Health
Following the first contact for service, the Quick Response worker will gather all the information needed to get the correct service (nature of the problem, history of the issue, family situation, school etc.). By the end of the call, the individual will know what service is needed (if any), and will receive information about their particular problem.
Call, contact through the website, or walk-in to completed a referral. Referral accepted from children, youth, parents, caregivers and third parties. Children who self refer must be able to use and understand the information provided once they engage in services.
