Help Overcome Psychosis Early (H.O.P.E.)

Type Of Service

Early Psychosis Intervention

Program Description

H.O.P.E is an Early Psychosis Intervention Program (EPI) offered throughout York Region and South Simcoe. Services are offered through an evidence based treatment model called NAVIGATE.
NAVIGATE is a comprehensive treatment program for people who have experienced a first episode of psychosis. Treatment is provided by a coordinated specialty care (CSC) team, which helps people work toward personal goals and recovery. More broadly, the NAVIGATE program helps clients navigate the road to recovery from an episode of psychosis, including supporting efforts to function well at home, on the job, at school, and in social situations.
The NAVIGATE team works collaboratively with the client, and family or other significant persons.
